David Semb is a Partner at PriSim Business War Games Inc. In this role, David draws upon more than eleven years of management and strategy consulting experience helping clients utilize quantitative business techniques to create strategic change. David has an additional ten years of experience in management and ownership roles in several businesses including construction contracting, real estate, and manufacturing.

David’s expertise is in strategy, finance, and marketing. He has consulted with major corporations, mid-size companies, and start-ups to develop business plans, conduct financial analyses, and lead data mining and statistics projects. Applying this experience to the design and delivery of simulation-based business training, David works with clients to improve employee’s understanding of strategy, finance, and business decision-making.

A partial list of David’s clients includes: ADP Dealer Services, Chubb Insurance, Delphi Automotive, Harley-Davidson, McCain Foods, National Semiconductor, Northwestern University, Raytheon, United Technologies Corporation, and Washington Mutual.

David is an adjunct Professor in the Master of Engineering Management program at Northwestern University and also lectures in the Master of Communication Systems Strategy and Management program. He has also lectured in business and information technology at DePaul University.
